Every year, the ITGS exam will cover a number of different topics and we often don't know what they are until we actually see the test. However, they always have a section on Software, and here is a good introduction what the kinds of questions you will be asked.
Download the following PDF and find the answers to all questions. You have today and Wednesday to complete the worksheet. We'll go over the test on Thursday, and then you'll be tested on it Friday.
